Handling your shipment is our priority. We have everything in stock and ship within 3-5 business days.
We send packages to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
If you would like to have our products delivered to another country, please contact us at info@ne-io.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For orders over 2000 CZK or over 80 € the shipping is free.

Payment
- Card online
The method of this payment is free of charge.
Paying by card online is a very convenient payment method. Once you have placed your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway, where you will fill in the necessary details. Your payment details are completely safe.
- Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order in cash or by credit card at the time of pick-up.
Cash on delivery is charged 39 CZK for delivery by courier to your address in the Czech Republic and 2 € to Slovakia.
If you choose to ship the goods via parcel delivery, the price is 29 CZK cash on delivery within the Czech Republic and 1 € to Slovakia.
- By classic bank transfer
The method of this payment is free of charge.
This is a payment by traditional bank transfer. After creating your order we will send you an email with payment instructions. Once the amount is credited to our bank account, we will send the package to you.
