Complaints and Returns

If you decide to complain or return the goods, please contact us at info@ne-io.com or via the contact form.

We will do our best to accommodate you and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Return of goods

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the package within 14 days without giving any reason. Returned products must be unused, intact and if it is possible in their original packaging.
If the product meets the return conditions, we will proceed to refund the amount to your bank account.

How do I return goods?

  1. Pack the products you want to return so that they are as protected as possible in transit.
  2. Fill in the Withdrawal Form.
  3. Place the printed and signed form in the package with the goods.
  4. Send the package to:

Complaints

If you decide to make a complaint, please send it to the address below together with the completed complaint form.
We will inform you about the progress of the complaint, its acceptance, processing or rejection by e-mail as soon as possible. Complaints are handled in accordance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection and Act No. 89/2012 Coll. on the Civil Code.

What goods can be claimed?

We shall be liable for obvious defects in the goods on delivery and defects that become apparent within the following 24 months. We further warrant that the products are fit for use for the duration of their useful life.
However, we are not liable for new defects related to improper use or defects that correspond to the degree of wear and tear during use.
Please note that due to the content of natural ingredients in our products, there may be possible variations in colour or fragrance across batches, which are not to the detriment of the product. It is therefore not a defect in the goods.
Please note further that any hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to the products supplied cannot be considered as a defect of the goods.

he product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Due to packaging upgrades, multiple versions of the packaging may be sold simultaneously for a period of time. The new packaging may then not correspond to the depicted appearance, while the content of the product remains original.

What are the options for resolving a complaint?

  1. Replacement of damaged goods.
  2. Remedying the defect by supplying the missing part of the goods.
  3. Refund to bank account.

How to claim goods?
