Shipping and payment
Packages to the Czech Republic and Slovakia are sent through a Zásilkovna (delivery to your address, pick-up point) and DPD courier. You select the country of delivery in the second step of the shopping cart.
When buying products over 2000 CZK or over 80 €, the shipping is free.

Yes, we send packages abroad. We send packages via e-shop only to Slovakia for now. To send a package to another foreign country, please contact us at the address info@ne-io.com.
You can pay for your order online by credit card in advance, bank transfer to our account or cash on delivery (cash or card). All further information on payment methods can be found in the Shipping and Payment section.
Returns and complaints
You can return goods purchased through the e-shop unpacked, unused and undamaged within 14 days without giving any reason. Just fill in this Withdrawal Form, print it out and send it together with the goods to the following address:

Most of our cosmetic products can be found in airless bottles, which prevent access to air and the subsequent degradation of natural ingredients. Airless bottles are equipped with a plunger that slides upwards, thus displacing the content of the bottle. Therefore, you won't find any tube sucking the content from the bottom.
